Magnesium citrate in anhydrous form - perfectly dissolving in water.

It contains P-5-P, or pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6.

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium citrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

 

Recommended daily dose

1 or 2 capsules daily during a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
